Whereas according to the same source AKB in Indonesia in 2015 amounted to 22.23 per 1,000 live births, which means that the 2015 MDG target had reached 23 per 1000 live births. Maternal and infant health can be improved through comprehensive and quality midwifery care.
Writing this Final Project Report in the form of a case study using Varney's 7-step midwifery management approach and documented in the form of SOAP.
The results of the case study in Ny. T was diagnosed with G2P1A0 at 36 weeks 4 days of gestation with a normal pregnancy without complications and complications. Physiological changes that arise are back pain and have been overcome with pregnancy exercises. Physiological labor is followed by physiological parturition without complications or complications, physiologically newborn without abnormalities and complications, and Ny. T uses KB IUD. In care given, there is a gap in the provision of normal delivery care, IMD is only 45 minutes.
The conclusion of the results of this study is that all the processes of pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, BBL and KB are physiological. There is a gap in the application of care at delivery.
