The other way, the planning of shouldn’t be less than human resources needed, because it will impact workload every human resources became the more heavy and the work will be difficult continue in a effective and efficient. The implementation of the basic time must be done coder BPJS outpatient pass by the deadline works Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang Hospital regulations and other staff must be help the basic works by coder BPJS outpatient. This objective is to know the workforce requirement based on WISN method by coder BPJS outpatient in the Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang Hospital 2016.
In research, the writer used to descriptive study a cross sectional, the population and sempel by 1 coder BPJS outpatient, method data aggregrate used to primary data (observation) and secondary data.
The result in research, there is no Standar Prosedur Operasional and basic works about coder outpatient. The workforce requirements ideal based on the description of works everyday by coder BPJS outpatient as much as two officers. It’s so, to consider the productivity of work that optimum.
