At IMD labor performed 1 hour. At postnatal administration of iron tablet during parturition given 30 tablets. Postpartum family planning counseling given at day 35. Newborns normal. The conclusion of this case study mild anemia of pregnancy with special attention to drink tablet Fe and consumption of green vegetables and bad obstetric history of special concern to encourage mothers to regularly check. IMD is in conformity with the implementation of government programs ie 1 hour after the baby is born. Giving tablet Fe during the postpartum already government programs as many as 30 tablets. Family planning counseling was given six weeks after childbirth. Monitor the baby's weight gain with KMS.
