IMPLEMENTASI PULSE INVERSION HARMONIC IMAGING PADA TRANSDUCER CONVEX 2D TERHADAP INFORMASI ANATOMI CITRA USG KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER PERTAMA
XMLThe use of Pulse Inversion Harmonic Imaging on a 2D convex probe can be another
alternative to the transvaginal probe, apart from the limitations of transvaginal
probes in the field, with the 2D convex probe the patient is comfortable when being
examined with good ultrasound results. In this study, ultrasound images of first
trimester pregnancy with the implementation of Pulse Inversion Harmonic Imaging
Upgrade on the 2D convex transducer and without Pulse Inversion Harmonic
Imaging on the transvaginal transducer. The image results on the 2D convex
transducer are clearly visible using Pulse Inversion Harmonic Imaging with
frequency, gain and depth settings. The image results of the 2D convex transducer
with Pulse Inversion Harmonic Imaging upgrade are clearly visible at the wall
boundary, clearly visible at the fetal object, and clearly visible at the yolk sac wall
boundary. Comparative analysis between the 2D convex transducer image with
upgraded Pulse Inversion Harmonic Imaging and the transvaginal transducer image
without Pulse Inversion Harmonic Imaging showed no significant differences. 2D
transabdominal convex ultrasound examination with Pulse Inversion Harmonic
Imaging Upgrade can be used for pregnancy examinations in first trimester pregnant
women with normal weight, because the resulting image results are not significantly
different from transvaginal examinations without Pulse Inversion Harmonic
Imaging.
