APLIKASI CALM PREGNANCY BERBASIS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SEBAGAI UPAYA DETEKSI DINI KECEMASAN DAN REKOMENDASI PADA IBU HAMIL

Background : Pregnancy, postpartum and childbirth are physiological things, but in the process pregnant women also face physical and psychological changes, one of which is anxiety, if not treated quickly, it will increase the risk of experiencing depression 3x. Early detection and proper treatment of pregnant women are very important and have a strategic role in making decisions for giving therapy to pregnant women to prevent complications during pregnancy and after delivery. An application based on an expert consulting system can speed up early detection of anxiety and get feedback from midwives directly.
Research Objectives : Utilization of Calm Pregnancy applications for early detection and providing recommendations for anxiety.
Methods : Research and Development (RnD) and model testing using a quasy experiment design with a posttest only design with non-equivalent control group. The research subject were 17 people in the treatment group using the Calm Pregnancy and 17 people in the control group. Test data using intraclass correlation coefficient, Shapiro wilk, and independentt-test.
Result : This study resulted in the Calm Pregnancy application media based on artificial intelligence.The Calm Pregnancy application is relevan as a media in accelerating early detection of anxiety with a difference of 172.65 secondsand accelerating the provision of recommendations for pregnant women by a difference of 250.79 seconds and being able to get feedback directly from experts. The Calm Pregnancy application can be accepted and used and has a effectivenessvalue 88.3%.
Conclusion: Produce products in the form of Calm Pregnancy application media that have advanced features based on artificial intelligence. The difference in the speed of time and the provision of recommendations in the early detection of anxiety was statistically significant. The Calm Pregnancy application is proven to be effective to use, with an effectiveness level of the Calm Pregnancy application of 90.5% (Very high).
