PROSEDUR PEMERIKSAAN MRI BREAST PADA PASIEN KANKER PAYUDARA DI RSUD DR. MOEWARDI

Examination procedure of MRI Breast in patient breast cancer at RSUD Dr. Moewardi used the vibrant dynamic. Vibrant dynamic is a 3D T1-Weighted fat-saturated axial sequence pulse using dynamic series with gadolinium-based contrast agent injection. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the application of vibrant dynamic for the diagnosis of patient with cancer disease at RSUD Dr. Moewardi.
The type of this research is qualitative with case study approach. The data were collected from April-Mei 2022 at Radiology Department of RSUD Dr. Moewardi using observation method, interview with radiographer, radiology specialist doctor, sending doctor and documentation The data collection method used was observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data that has been collected from observations and interviews in the form of transcripts is then processed by reduction, data categorization is carried out, then open coding is made to facilitate quotations so that conclusions can be drawn.
The result of this study using prone position, feet first and using contrast media and sequences used namely Axial T2 FSE ASSET, Axial T1 FSE ASSET, Axial T2 STIR ASSET, Axial DWI FS, Coronal T2 STIR ASSET, Sagital T2 STIR ASSET, Axial Vibrant Dynamic, Sagital Vibrant with contrast, Axial 3D T1 with contrast. The use of vibrant dynamic sequence can provides high spatial resolution, high temporal resolution and makes the picture more detail and clear. This sequence will therefore provide the necessary diagnostic information.
Conclusions in this study is that vibrant dynamics in breast MRI can detect lesions in breast tissue and provide information about the kinetic curve so that diagnostic information can be established
