ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KLIEN POST HERNIORAPHY DENGAN FOKUS STUDI GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RSU PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GUBUG

Background: Hernia is the expulsion of body contents through a defect or the weakest part of the cavity wall. The cause of hernia is an increase in intra-abdominal such as coughing and straining. Appropriate intervention is needed to overcome Post Herniaraphy Surgery, namely early mobilization
Objective: To describe nursing care for postoperative hernia patients with herniaraphy with early mobilization including assessment, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing.
Method: The method used in providing nursing care uses a descriptive method with a case study approach and uses a nursing approach process. The sampling used included 2 patients who underwent surgery in the Al-ikhlas Room at Pku Muhammadiyah Gubug Hospital for 3x24 hours.
Results: After nursing care for 3x24 hours, the client's physical mobility problem was partially resolved, marked by an increase in the independence of the client's activities with a Barthel index value of 80
Conclusion : The implementation of post-hernioraphy nursing care showed that the problem was partially resolved so that the provision of nursing interventions was continued, such as comprehensive early mobilization, pharmacological and non-pharmacological administration.
