ANALISIS KELENGKAPAN BERKAS PENUNJANG KLAIM COVID-19 DI UPT RSUD RAA SOEWONDO PATI
XMLThe completeness of supporting medical records is one of the indicators of the quality of medical services in hospitals. Preliminary study results UPT RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati is one of the hospitals designated by the government to be a referral hospital for COVID-19 patients. From the submission of COVID-19 claims for the period January to June 2021, several claims were found that were pending or disputed by BPJS. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of medical records supporting COVID claims. This type of research is descriptive quantitative data collection method in the form of observation. The sample of this study was 89 outpatient medical records supporting COVID-19 claims inpatient visits for the period January to June 2021.
The results showed that the completeness of the supporting files for COVID-19 claims at UPT RSUD RAA Soewondo obtained the highest percentage of incompleteness as follows: from 89 medical resume forms, 43% were on therapy and action type items, from 89 treatment room type forms, 27% were on error correction items, on the radiology results Form 3 out of 89 samples were not found, thus obtaining a percentage of 3%, of the 86 RT-PCR forms analyzed, a percentage of 6% was on the examination result item, of the 89 identity cards, a percentage of 1% was on the identity in the form of an ID card, and 40 of the 89 samples of approval forms or confirmation of reimbursement of COVID-19 guarantee payments in accordance with the provisions of the claim terms, a percentage of 16% was on the nurse's name item.
