EFEKTIVITAS EDUCATION MEDIA OF ANEMIA PREVENTION (E-MAP) DAN E-LEAFLET TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG PENCEGAHAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL

The incidence of anemia in pregnant women is a serious problem, one of the causes is the lack of knowledge about anemia. These problems can be overcome by providing information with one of the media, an android-based application. Utilization of applications that contain health information will be able to increase health knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education media of anemia prevention (e-MAP) and e-Leaflet on the level of knowledge about anemia prevention in pregnant women. This research is a Quasy Experiment with pre test and post test control group design with a sample of 38 people using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Paired T-test and Mann Whitney. The results of the univariate analysis showed an increase in the mean on the e-MAP from 13.05 to 17.58 and the standard deviation of 2.068 decreased to 1.346, while in the e-leaflet the mean 12.53 became 16.89 and the standard deviation of 2.144 became 1.150. The bivariate analysis showed p-value = 0.000 ( 0.05, but from the mean rank, the mean e-MAP 19.55 and the mean e-leaflet 19.45, it can be said that e-MAP is slightly more effective than e-leaflet on the level of knowledge about preventing anemia in pregnant women.
