Abstrak
Latar belakang: Persalinan dengan tindakan sectio caesarea dapat menimbulkan masalah pada proses menyusui. Yang disebabkan karena efek dari pembiusan dan nyeri luka operasi. Efek pembiusan dan nyeri akan menyebabkan rangsangan ke hipotalamus, menghambat hormonal dan let down reflex yang menyebabkan menurunnya hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin sehingga produksi dan pemancaran ASI terganggu, yang berakibat munculnya masalah ketidakefektifan dalam menyusui. Apabila masalah tersebut tidak diatasi, maka akan menghambat pemberian ASI ekslusif dan tumbuh kembang bayi akan terganggu. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan menyusui tidak efektif pada ibu post sectio caesarea di RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Hasil : Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu masalah sudah teratasi, dibuktikan dengan Ny. Z dan Ny. R sudah dapat menyusui bayinya secara efektif. Saran : Salah satu upaya dalam mengatasi masalah menyusui tidak efektif yaitu dengan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) meskipun ibu dengan persalinan caesar, dukungan keluarga juga sangat bermakna dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI.

Abstract
Background: Delivery by sectio caesarea can cause problems in the breastfeeding process. Which is caused by the effects of anesthesia and surgical wound pain. The effects of anesthesia and pain will cause stimulation to the hypothalamus, inhibiting hormones and the let down reflex which causes a decrease in the hormones prolactin and oxytocin so that the production and transmission of breast milk is disrupted, which results in the emergence of problems of ineffectiveness in breastfeeding. If these problems are not addressed, it will inhibit exclusive breastfeeding and the baby's growth and development will be disrupted. Objective: This study aims to describe ineffective breastfeeding nursing care for post sectio caesarea mothers at Bendan Hospital, Pekalongan City. Methods: The research method used is descriptive method. Result : The result of this research is that the problem has been resolved, as evidenced by Mrs. Z and Mrs. R has been able to breastfeed her baby effectively. Suggestion: One of the efforts in overcoming the problem of ineffective breastfeeding is with Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) even though mothers with caesarean deliveries, family support is also very significant in the success of breastfeeding.
