PROSEDUR PEMERIKSAAN RADIOGRAFI ANKLE JOINT PADA KASUS FRAKTUR TALUS (Case Series)

Pemeriksaan radiografi ankle joint pada kasus fraktur talus menggunakan beberapa proyeksi, antara lain proyeksi dasar yang digunakan adalah proyeksi AP dan Lateral dari ankle joint serta terdapat beberapa tambahan variasi pada proyeksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prosedur pemeriksaan radiografi ankle joint pada kasus fraktur talus dan untuk mengetahui kelebihan dari masing-masing proyeksi pada pemeriksaan radiografi ankle joint pada kasus fraktur talus.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan study case series. Data diambil berupa literatur yang berasal dari penelitian-penelitian yang sudah dipublikasi dalam jurnal nasional maupun internasional. Penulis mendapat tiga artikel untuk dijadikan data yang bersumber dari Pubmed dan Elsevier. Data yang diperoleh tersebut sudah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi serta sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Data yang sudah memenuhi digunakan sebagai data penelitian kemudian dikaji sesuai pada textbook.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pemeriksaan radiografi ankle pada kasus fraktur talus dengan persiapan pasien untuk melepas alas kaki. Persiapan alat dan bahan dengan menggunakan Pesawat Sinar-X, imaging plate (IP) ukuran 24 x 30 cm, dan marker R/L. Teknik pemeriksaan radiografi ankle dengan kasus fraktur talus dengan menggunakan proyeksi AP dan lateral dari ankle serta proyeksi tambahan seperti mortise view, Canale and Kelly’s view dan Broden’s view. Kelebihan yang ditunjukkan oleh masing-masing proyeksi berbeda-beda dikarenakan masing-masing proyeksi dapat menampakkan gambaran yang berbeda. Untuk mortise view dapat membantu dalam menegakkan diagnosa fraktur pada tubuh talar, sedangkan Canale and Kelly’s view mampu menampakkan kelainan dan fraktur pada leher talar dan untuk Broden’s view dapat menampakkan kelainan pada subtalar.
Radiographic examination of the ankle joint in cases of talus fractures uses several si projects, including the basic projection used is the AP and lateral projections of the ankle joint and there are several additional variations in the projection. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for radiographic examination of the ankle joint in cases of talus fractures and to determine the advantages of each projection on radiographic examination of the ankle joint in cases of talus fractures.
This type of research is descriptive with study case series. The data is taken in the form of literature originating from studies that have been published in national and international journals. The author got three articles to be used as data sourced from Pubmed and Elsevier. The data obtained have met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria and are in accordance with the research objectives. The data that have met the requirements are used as research data and then reviewed according to the textbook.
The results of this study indicate that the radiographic examination procedure of the ankle in the case of talus fractures is with the patient's preparation for removing footwear. Preparation of tools and materials using an X-ray machine, an imaging plate (IP) measuring 24 x 30 cm, and an R/L marker. Ankle radiographic examination techniques with talus fracture cases using AP and lateral projections from the ankle as well as additional projections such as mortise view, Canale and Kelly's view and Broden's view. The advantages shown by each projection vary according to the projection used, because each projection can show a different picture. The mortise view can help diagnose fractures in the talar body, while Canale and Kelly's view can reveal abnormalities and fractures in the talar neck and Broden's view can show abnormalities in the subtalar.
