ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA IBU POST PARTUM PRIMIPARA MUDA DALAM MERAWAT BAYI DI RSUD RAA SOEWONDO PATI

Abstract
Background: The incidence of postpartum anxiety continues to increase every year. After giving birth the patient will experience anxiety. Anxiety, if not handled properly, will cause serious problems, including depression, inhibiting maternal and infant care activities. To reduce the impact of postpartum anxiety, it is necessary to do a good anxiety management. Deep breathing relaxation and music therapy are non-pharmacological techniques that are easy to do and quite effective for reducing anxiety levels.
Purpose : Describes nursing care for the level of anxiety of young primipara post partum mothers in caring for babies at the Soewondo Pati Hospital.
Method : The method used in this case study is a descriptive method with a case study approach and uses a nursing approach process. The sampling used includes 1 patient
Results : The study on the patient obtained data that the patient complained of feeling nervous, restless, and anxious. From the list of problems that have been obtained, a diagnosis can be determined, namely Anxiety related to worry. The nursing implementation that is arranged is to monitor vital signs, monitor signs of anxiety, relax deep breaths. The evaluation results obtained that both patients experienced a gradual decrease in anxiety.
Conclusion : The conclusion of the Scientific Paper made by the author is that the assessment is carried out according to theory, nursing diagnoses according to theory, planning according to theory, nursing actions need to be added to theory and evaluation has decreased in the patient's condition.
Suggestion : Nursing practitioners to further reduce the anxiety level of young primiparous postpartum mothers by means of deep breathing relaxation, counseling on how to care for babies.
