Mothers and children are vulnerable groups and a top priority in the implementation of health efforts. The success rate of maternal and child health efforts can be seen from the indicators of AKI and AKB. Therefore currently SDGs are implemented to reduce AKI and AKB in the world and Central Java Gayeng Nginceng Wong Meteng in Central Java province as well as academics who play a role with the OSOC (One Student One Client) program which includes midwife students to take part in reducing AKI and AKB with the principle of Continuity of Care.
The purpose of writing this case study is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant, childbirth, post-partum, and Kb mothers, as well as newborns according to midwifery service standards.
The writing of this Final Project Report was written in the form of case studies using a midwifery management approach and documented in SOAP format. The results of a case study in Mrs. S obtained a diagnosis of G3P2A0 38 weeks pregnant with physiological pregnancy, childbirth until the puerperium runs normally without complications and complications, newborns without abnormalities and complications, Mrs. S decided to use KB for 3 months
In the care given to Mrs. S There is a gap in pregnancy care because the author only did 7T, in the delivery care of the writer and the helper did not use a complete personal protective equipment.
The conclusion from the results of this case study that all the processes of pregnancy, childbirth, puerperium, BBL, and KB are physiological. There are gaps in the care of pregnancy and childbirth. The care given by the writer based on evidence-based went well.
