TINJAUAN ASPEK KEAMANAN DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS BERDASARKAN FAKTOR EKSTRINSIK DI RUANG FILING RSUD KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG

Medical records must be kept and maintained in order to avoid the danger of damage and loss. Based on the results of a preliminary study in the filing room RSUD Kabupaten Temanggung, problems were found related to the security of medical record documents that were not in accordance with the applicable SPO (Standard Operating Procedures). There is a fingerprint in the filing room but it is only active during accreditation. Found medical records that accumulate on the floor this can cause medical records will be easily damaged and not secure from physical form. This study aims to determine the security aspects of medical record documents based on extrinsic factors in the Filing Room of RSUD Kabupaten Temanggung.
This type of research is descriptive research. The research subjects were filing room officers. The object of research is the security of medical record documents. The data collection method uses observation and interviews.
The results showed the safety in the filing room was in accordance with the standard, from physical factors not safe from temperature and humidity, but was safe from sunlight, dust, fire and flooding, from biological factors were still not safe because there was no insect poisoning or mothballs and there is no distance between the wooden shelf and the wall, from the chemical factor it is safe because it has used black ink and 80 gram HVS paper, from the human negligence factor there are still officers who eat and drink in the room. Suggestions from this study should be more filing room officers comply with existing policies to maintain the security and confidentiality of medical record documents in the filing room.
