METODE BRAINSTROMING DISERTAI PEMUTARAN VIDEO TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN TENTANG DIARE PADA IBU YANG MEMILIKI ANAK BALITA DI DESA SEMPOR

Latar Belakang : Pengetahuan menjadi hal mendasar yang dimiliki oleh seseorang untuk berperilaku, termasuk dalam bahasan konteks perawatan ibu pada anaknya. Pengetahuan yang dimiliki ibu tentang kesehatan anak memiliki peran penting, karena dapat memengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak. Pengetahuan tentang diare pada anak dibutuhkan agar ibu dapat mengetahui cara penanganan diare yang tepat, dan untuk mencegah ke tingkat diare yang lebih parah. Hal mendasar ini diperoleh melalui proses usaha untuk mengetahui sesuatu atau obyek dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya melalui panca indera. Salah satunya melalui sumber informasi yang didapatkan dari pendidikan kesehatan. Tenaga kesehatan mampu memberikan informasi optimal pada ibu tentang diare pada anak melalui pendidikan kesehatan.
Tujuan :
Mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode brainstorming disertai pemutaran video terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang diare pada anak
Metode : Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pre-experimental design dengan mengunakan metode one grup pre-test post-test. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan menetapkan kriteria yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus lemeshow untuk menentukan sampel minimum. Jumlah sampel yaitu 80 ibu yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan alat yaitu kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang diare pada anak dan dilakukan pre-test post-test dengan kuesioner yang sama. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon.
Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil Uji Wilcoxon dapat diketahui dengan baik bahwa p value adalah 0,000 (p < 0.005), dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Hipotesis Diterima”. Artinya ada pengaruh pemberian pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan tentang diare pada anak usia balita, sehingga H1 diterima yang berarti pendidikan kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan tentang diare pada anak usia balita pada ibu
Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode brainstroming disertai pemutaran video terhadap pengetahuan tentang diare pada ibu yang memiliki anak balita di desa sempor.

THE EFFECT OF GIVING HEALTH EDUCATION WITH METHOD
BRAINSTROMING ACCOMPANIED WITH VIDEO PLAYERS AGAINST
KNOWLEDGE OF DIARRHEA IN MOTHER WHO HAS A CHILDREN IN THE SEMPOR VILLAGE

Background Background : Knowledge into a fundamental that is owned by a person to behave , included in the discussion of the context of the treatment of the mother on her child. Knowledge which is owned by the mother on the health of children has a role is important , because it can affect the growth and development of children . Knowledge about diarrhea in children is needed so that the mother can know how the handling of diarrhea that is appropriate , and to prevent to the level of diarrhea were more severe . It fundamentally is get through the pros ice business to know something or object in life daily through the five senses . One of them with a source of information that of education health . Nurse is able to provide information optimal to the mother of diarrhea in children through promotion health education .
Objective :
Knowing the influence of education of health with the methods of brainstorming with the playback video on the level of knowledge of mothers about diarrhea in children
Method : Type research is using the draft pre-experimental design by using the method of one group pre-test post-test . The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method by setting criteria in accordance with the research objectives . Sample were taken using a formula Lemeshow to determine the sample minimum. All sample that is 80 moms which correspond to the criteria . The collection of data is obtained by using a tool that is a questionnaire level of knowledge of mothers about diarrhea in children and do a pre-test post-test with a questionnaire the same . Test a nalisis the data using test Kolmogorov-Smirnov and test the hypothesis that used was a test Wilcoxon .
Results : Based on the results of Test Wilcoxon can be seen by both that the p value was 0.00 0 ( p < 0.005), from these results it can be concluded that the " hypothesis Accepted ". This means that there is the influence of the provision of health education to the knowledge of diarrhea in children aged under five , so that H1 accepted meaning of health education effect on knowledge of diarrhea in children aged under five in the capital
Conclusion : There is the effect of the provision of education of health with the methods of brainstorming with playback of video on knowledge about diarrhea in mothers who have children underfive in the Sempor village.
