EVALUASI KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT MENGGUNAKAN METODE EUCS DI RSUD UNGARAN

Information system evaluation is a process to explore and find out, about the extent to which an information system implementation activities,both from perspective of users, organizations, and in terms of information systems technology (Hakam, 2016). Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a communication information technology system that processes and integrates the entire flow hospital service in the from of a network of coordination, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain accurate and accurate information (Permenkes, 2013).
This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of SIMRS users at Ungaran Regional General Hospital (RSUD) based on End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method.
This research method is a quantitative method using questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all Ungaran District Hospital employees who used SIMRS. Based on this population 40 people werw chosen to be sampled. Samplig as carried out using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program 26. Suggestions in this research are Ungaran District Hospital to improve SIMRS in terms of timeliness.
