PENGARUH VARIASI NILAI NSA TERHADAP KUALITAS DAN INFORMASI CITRA PADA MRI KNEE JOINT SEKUENS PDW SPAIR POTONGAN SAGITAL
XMLIn the MRI Knee Joint sequence PDW SPAIR there are some variations of NSA that can be used. According to Elmaoglu and Celik (2012), for routine Knee joint imaging parameters using multichannel coil on MRI 3 Tesla technique fat suppression sequence PD fat sat sagittal of the NSA value used is 2. While at the MRCCC Radiology Installation Siloam Hospiltals Semanggi Jakarta, Knee Joint examination with MRI 3 Tesla modality on sagittal PDW SPAIR sequences uses NSA 1 value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variation in value NSA on image quality and information and to find out the optimal NSA value in providing good diagnostic information on MRI images with relatively short scan time.
This research was conducted at MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi Jakarta. This study was conducted on 10 volunteers with 4 variations of NSA values, namely 1, 2, 3 and 4. The image results were calculated to obtain SNR and CNR values, the image results were also assessed by 3 respondents including ACL, PCL and Meniscus. The results of the SNR and CNR were then followed by the Correlation test, while the results of the respondents' evaluations were carried out by the Kappa test followed by the Friedman test and Regression test to see the effect.
The results of this study indicate that there are influences in the quality and information of sagittal MRI Knee Joint image PDW SPAIR sequences with variations in NSA values 1, 2, 3, and 4, in the anatomy of the Knee Joint p value: 0.012 (SNR) & 0.046 (CNR) (p
