This type of research This is a quantitative approach to the experiment. The subject of the research was 6 volunteer with MRCP examination with and without the use of a combination of green tea and honey. Analysis of the quality of the image data over data normality test done the calculation result SNR and CNR, test different paired sample t test. Anatomical information analyzed by the Kappa test and wilcoxon test using SPSS 17.
The result is there is a difference and improvement of the quality of the images and information on the anatomical self-image , MRCP significant between before and after the use of a combination of green tea and honey, indicated the significance value (2-tailed) from different statistical test paired sample t test SNR and CNR on pancreatobilliaris < 0.005, and the value significance of wilcoxon test < 0.05. Image quality. Improvement with the use of a combination of green tea and honey as an alternative to negative contrast media per oral indicated with an increase in the value of the SNR and the CNR system pancreatobilliaris and a decrease in the value of the SNR and CNR on Gaster and duodenum.
