ANALISIS PERBEDAAN INFORMASI CITRA ANATOMI MRI CERVICAL PADA KASUS RADICULOPATHY SEKUENS T2WI TSE POTONGAN SAGITAL DENGAN DAN TANPA TEKNIK BLADE
XMLOne of several pulses sequence used for cervical MRI examination is T2WI TSE. TSE has faster scanning time but is sensitive to movement so produces artifacts. Blade is a technique that helps in reducing artifacts and produces better quality images. The purpose of this research to determine differences anatomic image information in cervical MRI examination of radiculopathy cases sagittal slices of T2WI TSE with and without Blade techniques and best anatomical image information between two sequences.
This research is a quantitative research with an experimental approach. Data were collected from March to May 2019 in Radiology Installation of SMC Telogorejo Hospital Semarang using respondents radiology specialists. The assessment criteria in this research are CSF, spinal cord, cervical spinal cord, intervertebral discs, fatty tissue, nerve root and artifacts. The results of the respondent’s evaluations then analyzed using Wilcoxon statistical test with error level 5%.
From the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test it is known that there are significant differences anatomic image information between T2WI TSE Blade and T2WI TSE sequences of sagittal slices in cervical MRI examination of radiculopathy cases with p value
