The period of pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborns and family planning does not always take place physiologically. Sometimes there are some problems that can occur when the mother is in that period so that she can increase the number of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. In 2017, AKI in Central Java reached 227 cases and AKB reached 2333 cases. The purpose of this paper is to be able to apply theory and practice to real experience, namely implementing comprehensive midwifery care.
This final project report research method uses a case study using the midwifery management approach according to Varney's framework and document it in SOAP. The results of this study were obtained by diagnosis Ny. S G1P0A0 age 21 years 37 weeks gestational age with physiological pregnancy, physiological labor followed by physiological postpartum period, physiological newborn and family planning. From several Evidance Based Practices taken and applied during pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth and family planning, newborns are all proven to support the care given.
The conclusion from the results of this study is that the application of midwifery care does not have a significant gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care that is on the land starting from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, childbirth, and family planning.
