ANALISIS INFORMASI ANATOMI MRI KNEE JOINT POTONGAN SAGITAL PADA AVARIASI RECEIVE BANDWIDTH DENGAN PEMBOBOTAN PROTON DENSITY SEKUEN FAST SPIN ECHO
XMLBackground: Receive bandwidth is the frequency range sampled during the application of readout gradients (Westbrook et al., 2011). According to Sutter (2014), in the PD weighted FSE sequences the received bandwidth used 110 Hz / Px. Based on preliminary studies, some hospitals with the same modality use different receive bandwidth. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in receive bandwidth variations on anatomical information and to find out the optimal value in receive bandwidth variations in MRI examination of knee joint sagittal plane PD weighted FSE sequences.
Methods: This type of research is an experimental quantitative research. The study was conducted with MRI Siemens 1.5 Tesla at Pertamina Jakarta Hospital in 10 volunteers, each of which was given 5 receive bandwidth variations, namely 90 Hz / px, 110 Hz / px, 130 Hz / px, 150 Hz / px, and 170 Hz / px. The assessment results were analyzed using the SPSS Friedman test and the Wilcoxon test.
