STUDI KASUS PEMBERIAN CAIRAN INFUS HANGAT PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI DENGAN HIPOTERMI DI INSTALASI BEDAH SENTRAL RSUD dr. LOEKMONO HADI KUDUS
XMLBackground - Surgical action is anmedical treatment invasive that affects the
integrity of the body's tissues and is done to diagnose or treat disease, injury to
body deformity. If a temperature of less than 36oC is used as a benchmark, then
the incidence of hypothermia is 50-70% of all patients who have been operated
(Buggy, 2000 in Anggita 2014). Hypothermia incidence is around 33-56.7% in
patients with spinal anesthesia (Owe, 2005 in Nayoko, 2016). The administration
of warm infusion fluids can be given to pre-post-operative patients in an easy,
practical and inexpensive and safe and effective way to reduce the incidence of
hypothermia in postoperative patients.
Objective - To find out the summative response in postoperative patients with
hypothermia after being given an intervention to administer warm intravenous
fluids in the Central Surgical Installation of RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus
Writing Method - The design used is a case study, in this paper that is giving
intravenous fluids to overcome post-operative hypothermia in the Central Surgical
Installation of RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus
Results - Of the 2 respondents who were given a warm intravenous fluid
intervention for 30 minutes with a maximum fluid temperature of 37.9oC it can be
concluded that there was a temperature increase that occurred in both respondents
with an average temperature rise of 0.8oC show the norm.
