The results of the 2018 Riskesdas for dental and oral health problems in Indonesia reached 57.6% and only 10.2% were handled by health workers. The high prevalence rate of caries is not balanced with the use of dental health facilities. It can be seen from the visits of Pabelan Puskesmas Dental Clinic patients that on average each visit was 5 patients, this was considered low because the standard patient visits at the Puskesmas were 9 people each visit. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between knowledge of dental and oral health with dental and oral health assistance at Pabelan Health Center, Semarang Regency. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach design. The sample in the study amounted to 62 people and was taken by accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by univariate and bivariate analysis. The Satatistik Test used is the Chi Square Test, which is to find out the relationship between patient knowledge about dental and oral health by utilizing dental and oral health services at Pabelan Health Center, Semarang Regency. The results of the statistical test showed that the relationship between patient knowledge about dental and oral health with the utilization of dental and oral health services had a significant relationship, p = 0,000.
