The Correlation of Medical Record Service Quality to BPJS Patient
Satisfaction in RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi. The background of this study is there are
81.82% of medical records available less than 10 minutes in the polyclinic and
18.18% of medical records are not available in the polyclinic refers to the
standards set in the Medical Service Minimum Standards. The purpose of the
study was to test the hypothesis of the correlation between the quality of medical
record services and the satisfaction of BPJS patients in the RSUD dr. Soeselo
Slawi.
This research is located in RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi, Tegal Regency. The type
of research used is quantitative research with survey research methods. The
sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents calculated using the
Slovin formula. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. Analysis of the
data used is the validity test, reliability test, spearman rank, and significance test.
The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between the
quality of medical record services to the satisfaction of BPJS patients in RSUD dr.
Soeselo Slawi which is positive with a correlation value of 0.522 (medium). The
responsive or responsive dimension has the highest correlation value of 0.560 and
the assurance or assurance dimension has the lowest correlation value of 0.504.
Suggestions for this study are that there is a need to increase the skills of medical
record officers, especially in the registration and work motivation so that
providing health services to the community can be more optimal and better and remonitoring
and evaluating the performance of the medical records related to
patient satisfaction so that they can done regularly.
