and tuberculosis. Low socio-economic factors increases the mortality rate.
Bronchopneumonia disease control into the third focus of the program Prevention
of Acute Respiratory Infections Diseases (PPISPA). Based on a preliminary study
of the data obtained in the PHC Medical Record Wonosalam I Demak in 2016 in
the incidence of the disease can bronchopneumonia in children is still high.
Disease morbidity five children aged 4 to 6 years in PHC Wonosalam I Demak is
diarrhea as much as 41 932 (18%),
Objective,to implement nursing care in two children with bronchopneumonia.
Methods, used is descriptive research method that aims to describe the events or
nursing phenomena associated with bronchopneumonia disease in children.
Result, Showed that administration of nebulizer therapy and cough can effectively
help reduce interference airway clearance, it is shown from no additional breath
sounds (ronkhi), frequency of breathing became normal child that is 24-40 times /
minute, and the discharge can be issued. After being given the client's family
education show kepahaman them about the disease and how to correct handling of
children with bronchopneumonia
Conclusion, Which can be concluded that each child's individual response to
treatment nebulizer therapy and performed nearly as effective cough. This is
evidenced from the results of both the client indicates a change breathing patterns
in normal limit is 24-40 beats / minute. In the results of health education provided
to the family understands the client is resolved proven family of signs symptoms,
treatment, and prevention of bronchopneumonia appropriately.
Recommendation, Nurses need to carry out health education to families in order
to understand the signs symptoms, treatment, and prevention of
bronchopneumonia that can choose the right treatment.
