TINJAUAN KETEPATAN WAKTU PELAYANAN PENDAFTARAN ONLINE PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI RSUD PROF. DR. MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO

The average number of outpatients at Prof. RSUD Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto every day is 750-900 people. This causes a long queue and the patient waits too long at registration. Therefore RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto develops an online registration system. Patients who can register online 7 days to 1 day before the check date. Patients who have registered online will receive a queue number, booking code and estimated service time. In fact these estimates depend on the smooth registration process. The purpose of this study is to review the accuracy of online registration services at the RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.
The type of research that will be used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Poulasi as many as 19,354 patients registered online, and a sample of 100 people. Data collection by observation method.
The results of the research on the timeliness of outpatient online registration services at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is 43%. While those that have not exactly reached 57%. Of the 100 samples taken, the difference in service time at registration was 1,750 minutes, with an average of 1,750: 100 being 17.5 minutes. While the estimation given to patients is 15 minutes so that there are still 2.5 minutes of inaccuracy.
Conclusion Factors that cause inaccuracy of service include, stamina officers are reduced at the end of service hours, error systems, both hospital systems and BPJS, patients who lack discipline come late and file requirements are incomplete. Suggestions, improve the timeliness of online registration services at Prof. RSUD Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.
