[English Title: THE BED PREDICTION OF NEED BEDS AT 7 ROOMS UNSELFFICIAL IN RSUD UNGARAN BASED A BARBER JOHNSON INDICATOR AT RSUD UNGARAN IN 2018-2022] The background of this study is that there are still a percentage of 2017 BOR values in 7 wards which according to Barber Johnson's calculations are inefficient at Ungaran Hospital. Of the seven inefficient wards in Ungaran Hospital, there were two wards which had a percentage value of BOR more than the efficient standard set by Barber Jhonson, which was above 85% and 5 wards which had BOR values under the efficient standard set by Barber Jhonson which was under 75%. The purpose of the study was to predict the need for beds in 7 inefficient wards in Ungaran Hospital based on Barber Johnson's ideal standard for 2018-2022. This type of research is descriptive research. The research method is an observation method with a retrospective approach. The research variables consisted of data from the last 5 years from 2013 to 2017 consisting of treatment days, number of patients out of life and death, bed capacity, number of effective days of inpatient services, treatment day predictions, Barber Johnson indicators and trend methods. Data processing consists of Barber Jhonson charts, then prediction of the last 5 years of maintenance days and analyzed by the trend method to get predictions of bed needs for the next five years, namely 2018 to 2022. The results showed that in 5 wards a reduction in beds had to be made and added to wards that needed more beds and 2 inefficient wards of 7 wards there had to be additional beds. Because there are additional beds, it is necessary to add a room.
