The Influences Of Community Factors of "Social Ecological Model Of Health Behaviour" On The Reduction Of Maternal Mortality Rate in The District Of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara

Abstract
Introduction: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the District of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara is
still high. To accelerate reduction of the MMR, this study was to identify the influence of
utcome
expectation, collective efficacy, observational learning, incentive motivation, health facility, self
regulation to the reduction of MMR with the following output indicators : the 1st visit, the 4th visit,
and delivery place in the District of Kupang.
Methods: The type of research was observational analytic, cross sectional design with postpartum
age up to 3 months (126 women). The data were analized with simple logistic regretion and
multiple logistic regretion.
Result: The influence of community factor to pure the 1st visit was significantly contributed by
incentive motivation and observation learning. Incentive motivation obtained OR 0,097; p=0,001.
