IMPROVING HUMAN RESOURCE AND SKILLS FOR STUDENTS FOCUS ON THE “INTERNAL STANDARD IDENTIFICATION” IN EDUCATION TO ACHIEVE QUALITY ASSURANCES

Introduction : The quality assurance in education is the standard services to achieve the
demands of the stakeholders. Improving human resources and skills for students is the process
continuously that should be conducted by institution. The purpose of study is to analysis the
internal standard that appropriate to achieve quality assurance.
Methods : Method of this study is qualitative study using questionnaire and focus group
discussion to get the information. Statistics analyzes is used to analyze the number of the data
that collected by data related to the development of human resources, and quality assurance.
Result and discussion : With respect to the regulation, each institution has opportunity to
develop program that gain to improve the quality of education. Some respondents told that as
students have purpose to get a good services especially to get job after graduation. The results
showed that improving capability and competency of the human resources is the need of
qualification to achieve the internal standard. Also, internal standard identification include
the program of development, the human carrier, learning resources, and facilitates of
institution. Ability to coordinate and ensure the process of internal standard have challenge to
educate students to be discipline, confidence, a good behavior, honest, and a good behavior.
Conclusion : The internal standard Identification influences the development and skills of
human resources is the main process to achieve quality of assurance in education.
