PERBEDAAN INFORMASI CITRA ANATOMI PEMERIKSAAN MRI CERVICAL PADA SEQUENCE T2 TSE POTONGAN SAGITAL MENGGUNAKAN VARIASI TR

Background : One parameter that makes scanning fast is the Time Repeatition (TR) setting. The use of TR variations also affects the examination time and image quality. Based on preliminary studies, the use of TR in various hospitals and journals referring to the MRI Cervical examination, different amounts were listed. Such as in the Tlogorejo TR Hospital which is used by 3900 ms and Margono Soekarjo General Hospital 3400 ms and according to the research journal entitled "Qualitiative Assessment of Cervical Spinal Stenosis: Variability on CT and MRI Observer" which is used 3100 ms. This study aims to determine the differences in anatomic image information and the best TR values on the results of MRI examination of Cervical T2 TSE sagittal pieces using different TR variations.
Method : This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach. The research was carried out by Magnetom Essenza, Siemens 1.5 T at Margono Soekarjo Hospital. Data in the form of 36 Cervical MRI images on Sagittal T2 weighted TSE sequences with variations in TR values are 3100, 3400, 3600 and 3900 ms. Image evaluation was carried out by two respondents who then tested the Cohen’s Kappa. Furthermore, the results of the respondents' evaluation were carried out by different tests with the Friedman test.
Results : Based on the results of the study, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a difference in cervical MRI anatomical image information on Sagittal T2 weighted TSE sequence pieces with variations in TR values with p-value = 0.001 (p
