The hospital must have human resources which profesional in technical and distribution, on the medical record there is a part named filling, have main activity to available and save medical record , in order more efective and efficience so that worker and responsibility must be appropriate, filling RAA Soewondo Pati Hospital Regency there are 5 staffs with background of education not DIII medical record, there are many medical record still pile up, patient quantity is not the same with average the patient for each day consist of 400 patient. This research has the goal to knowing worker needed at the care filling staff RAA Soewondo Pati Hospital Regency based on WISN method.
Type of the research is descriptive research using survey method and cross sectional approach, this populattion on the research is 5 peoples on the care filling staff with sample used is total population.
Result of the research is that time of working is 1.764 clock / year or 105.840 second / minute. Avalable Working Time on the care medical patient filling is not effective yet based on BKN regulation No. 19 in 2011 , working responsibility standard for each year on the care filling is 32499,454 minute / year . Leisure time need 18 % from the working time. Quantity for each staff is 320298, staff filling need care of patient is 10 peoples, it can get from WISN accounting so that need an action to add the staff for 5 peoples and need the effectivenes work of time.
