Background : Mental disorders as syndromes or psychological patterns or
patterns of behavior that are clinically important, which occur in individuals.
Hallucinations are perceptions without any stimulation on the senses of a person,
which occurs in a conscious or wakeful state, in the form of organic, functional,
psychotic, or hysterical. Scheduled activity is one technique that is used in
suppressing or disconnecting hallucinations that appear on the client.
Purpose : Perform Nursing Care with mental disorders patients with auditory
hallucinations through scheduled activity therapy for two clients in the work area
of Cebongan Public Health Center, Argomulyo Subdistrict, Salatiga City.
Methods : The design used is a descriptive method that describes systematically
managed cases with two respondents and their families
Results : From the research it is found that the problem is resolved in accordance
with the established criteria but from comparing between the two clients the
results of the implementation carried out have a different response
Conclusion : Auditory hallucination ecperienced by Mr. M and Ny. I therapeutic
communication with an implementation strategy (SP1 until SP4).
Suggestion : It is expected that the family is able to provide these techniques and
provide support to clients to break auditory hallucinations through an
implementation strategy.
