ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN TENAGA CASEMIX DI INSTALASI REKAM MEDIS BERDASARKAN METODE PERHITUNGAN WISN (WORK LOAD INDICATOR STAFF NEED) DI RSUD K.R.M.T. WONGSONEGORO KOTA SEMARANG

Regional General Hospital K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City is one of the installation of health service owned by local government which has part of Casemix in Installation of Medical Record. From the preliminary study of labor in the Casemix section of the Medical Record Installation were two people who in a day had to work on 200 claims files. But in reality officers can only complete about 160 claims file. This resulted in the addition of activities to complete the main activities outside working hours so as not to impact on the withdrawal of claims. The purpose of this study is to determine the needs of personnel Casemix section in Medical Record Installation using WISN method in RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City.
The research is descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The subject in this research is the Casemix section in Medical Record Installation, the training and staffing section at RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City. Objects in this study are the main activities of Casemix personnel in Medical Record Installation, training and staffing section at RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City. Data collection method is using primary data (interviews and observation) and secondary data. The analysis is the quantitative descriptive analysis.
The result of calculation by WISN method indicates that the amount of Casemix personnel requirement in Medical Record Installation is 2,95 people with standard work load 24390 minutes / year. Based on these calculations, the result shows that Casemix personnel in Medical Record Installation RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City requires the addition of manpower amounted to one person.
