ANALISIS KUANTITATIF KELENGKAPAN REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP KASUS BEDAH DI RSUD RAA SOEWONDO PATI

Completeness of medical Records are very influential on the quality of hospitals services.The quality of hospitals can be seen by accuracy and completeness of medical records.Permenkes 269 tahun 2008 about medical records explained that medicals records must be made immediately and must be completed after the patient receives the service. The results of preface study in RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati, there are incompletenes on four review the quantitative analysis. The purpose of this study is to describe the completeness of the inpatients medical records of surgical cases in RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati.
The research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research are all of medical records surgical case by the first quarter of 2018. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The number of samples using the slovin formula are 95 medical records. The instrument of this research is checklist.
The result of this research shows there are many incompleteness of inpatien medical records surgical cases.the completeness by the review of identification patient is 93% . the completeness by the review of important report is 38% , the authentification review is 64% and recording review is 76%. The counting of incomplete medical records got results 79% incompleteness whithin a period of more than 48 hours. This is not consistent with Kepmenkes 129 year 2008 about Minimal standard of hospitals services that the completeness of medical records 24 hours after receive the services and oliged to return in the well-condition on time 2 x 24 hours after the patient out of hospital.
