TINJAUAN PELAKSANAAN PEMUSNAHAN REKAM MEDIS INAKTIF DI RSUD KOTA SALATIGA

Permenkes 269 Year 2008 on Medical Record states that medical records of hospitalized patients must be kept for at least 5 (five) years from the date of the last patient's treatment or discharged. After the 5 (five) year deadline referred to in paragraph (1) is exceeded the medical record may be destroyed, except the home summary and the approval of the medical action. Based on preliminary study at RSUD Kota Salatiga, since the establishment of RSUD Kota Salatiga in 1981 the execution of two new done in 1997 and 2015. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of destruction of medical records in 2015 and know the factors supporting the implementation of destruction medical records in terms of Man, Money, Matherial, Methode, Machine and Market.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection is done by observation / observation method, interview and documentation study. The data in the analysis using descriptive analysis and presented in the form of narration.
The result of the research shows that the destruction of medical record was done in 2015 by involving third party in the process of destroying the medical records into pulp, SPO Destruction of Medical Record was last in October 2016 and supporting factors of extermination implementation covering Man (SDM) Human resources involved in the process of elimination of medical records and qualified officers, Money (Finansial) is the budget used during the execution of destruction, Matherial (Materials) inactive medical records used, Methode (Method) of policy and SPO used as guidance in doing annihilation medical records, Machine (Tools) that is the infrastructure used and Market (Participation) is a third party involved in the destruction of medical records. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of extermination in RSUD Kota Salatiga not done periodically in each year.
