ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. E UMUR 29 TAHUN DI PUSKESMAS SRONDOL KOTA SEMARANG

Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn is a physiological state but in the process there is the possibility of the situation can be life-threatening maternal and infant can even cause death. The number of maternal mortality in the city of Semarang in 2017 there are 400 cases. One of the causes of maternal mortality and infant mortality is still a lack of understanding of the importance of regular antenatal care visits at health professionals.
The purpose of this case study is to implement and apply the management of midwifery care in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn infants, neonates and family planning services in Ny. "E" by using CoC (Continuity of Care) that solving problems using engineering documentation SOAP method.
The resulth were obtained the diagnosis righ, Ny. E 29 years with pregnancy 37 week is a physiological, the labor is spontaneously without complication, the baby is born spontaneously. The chilbirth injuries the perineum degrees 2 and don’t bleed and signs of infection.the ovulation uetri and mother will using contraception DMPA.
The conclusion of this research is the application of the obtetrics in a comprehensive good but there are gaps beetwen theory and practice. The gaps are in the planning and in the process of care measures.
