ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI SIPAMANDAQ KAWAL IBU HAMIL DI KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR

Health information system in Indonesia especially in Polewali Mandar Regency is growing rapidly. Website-based health services include applications for maternal and child care, program goals so that data is accessible, safe and with better documentation, which is expected to help reduce maternal and infant mortality rates, based on Polewali Mandar's health profile data, the largest contributor to 2016 maternal and neonatal deaths. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the application of pregnant women's guardianship from the communication, resource, disposition, and bureaucracy aspects in Polewali Mandar Regency according to George C. Edward III theory.
This type of research is a qualitative quantitative mix method. Sample of village midwife and Puskesmas research. Quantitative samples of 52 respondents were proportionally stratified randomly. Data collection using questionnaires, univariate data analysis and bivariate. Qualitative samples of 10 primary informants and 3 purposive triangulation informants, FGD data collection and in-depth interviews.
The results of quantitative research from bivariate analysis have a relationship between communication with program implementation, namely p value = 0.027
