PERBEDAAN VARIASI SLICE THICKNESS TERHADAP ESTIMASI HASIL PENGUKURAN VOLUME PERDARAHAN MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE CALCULATION VOLUME PADA CT SCAN HITACHI
XMLSlice thickness parameters have an influence on measurement of bleeding volume, therefore we need to know proper slice thickness to get optimal bleed volume measurement result. Calculation Volume Software is a method used in this study to measure the volume of bleeding present in CT Scan Hitachi. The purpose of this research is to determine differences of slice thickness variation to estimated result of bleed volume measurement using Calculation Volume Software on CT Scan Hitachi.
The type of this research is quantitative research with experimental approach. The data were obtained by measurements made by three radiographers on phantom which had a volume of 20 ml bleeding then scanning with four variations of slice thickness. This study uses one way Anova different test then followed by Post Hoc analysis. The value of significant on the one way Anova differential test is 0.01. The results of Post Hoc analysis showed significant differences (p value < 0.05) in slice thickness 2.5 mm with 7.5 mm, slice thickness 2.5 mm with 10 mm and slice thickness 5 mm with 10 mm. The measurement result of the volume approaching the real volume is known from the difference of the average volume measurement result using Software Calculation Volume with real volume.
There was a difference in estimation of bleed volume measurement results using Software Calculation Volume on slice thickness variation on Hitachi CT Scan with p value = 0,01 (p value < 0,05). Appropriate slice thickness to obtain optimal bleeding volume measurement result is slice thickness 2,5 mm with the minimum difference between the measured volume of bleeding and the real volume is 4.45 ml.
