MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN GIGI DAN MULUT TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN PADA PUSKESMAS GUBUG 2 KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

Measuring the level of patient satisfaction is obvious in efforts to improve the quality of health services. Through these measurements, it can be known to what extent the dimensions of the quality of health services that have been held to meet the expectations of the patients. This research aims to describe the quality of dental and oral health services to the level of satisfaction of dental patients at Puskesmas Gubug 2 Grobogan District.
The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with cross sesctional as the data approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the number of sample are 56 respondents. Instrument in this research is questionnaire sheet. The data analysis is presented using frequency distribution and cross tabulation.
The results of this study showed that the quality of dental and oral health services in dental service at Puskesmas Gubug 2 was in the category of good enough with the percentage of 69.5; mean while ,the level of satisfaction of dental patients was in the category of satisfied with the total 29 people (52%). The results of the study showed that 51.7% (29 people) were assessed to have a relationship between the quality of the health service received with their satisfactions. Whereas, the unrelated one was 48.3% (27people).
