Maternal Mortality Rate in Semarang Regency in 2016 has decreased compared to 2015. If 2015 MMR is 120.34 per 100,000 KH (17 cases), then 2016 will be 103.39 per 100,000 KH (14 cases). Despite the decline in 2016, the government is still making efforts to reduce maternal mortality rate by implementing Maternal and Infant Mortality Meeting (M3) program from village level to district level, improving baby network of surviving babies by improving referral system, early pregnancy detection by Integrated Maternity Prevention and Prevention (P4K) and Antenatal Care (ANC) Programs, as well as skills and knowledge enhancement of staff with various training including Normal Delivery Care (APN) and First Aid for Obstetric and Neonate Emergency (PPGDON) and optimization of PONED Puskesamas.
Comprehensive midwifery care is made in the form of a case study using the Varney 7-step obstetric management approach and documented in the form of SOAP.
The results of the case study on Mrs N were diagnosed G4P2A1 40 weeks' gestation with physiological changes that resulted in lower abdominal pain and were overcome with pregnancy exercise. The pain that Mrs. N feels at the labor can be overcome with aEffleurage massage on her back. During the puerperium, Mrs. N performs a puerperal massage, and IMD for newborn baby massage. And after the KB counseling, Ny N decided not to use contraception.
The conclusion of the results of this comprehensive care that is care or management that is done effectively to overcome the complaints or problems experienced by Mrs N
