Pregnancy, childbirth, newborn is a physiological process. In this case many mothers are experiencing health problems. Therefore, continuous midwifery care is needed by skilled health personnel so that the number of morbidity and mortality of mother and baby can be reduced. The purpose of this study is to provide continuous and comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant women, childbirth, childbirth, newborn and family planning according to midwifery standard by using 7 steps varney and documented in the form of SOAP.
The results of this study obtained the diagnosis Mrs. S G2P1A0 age 31 years gestational age 39 weeks pregnant physiological, spontaneous delivery without complications and complications with degree II perineal lesions.
In the care of pregnancy has done the standard care of 10 T, care delivery obtained gap that is in preparing oxytocin does not apply the principle of sterile and not done IMD at least 1 hour but only for 45 minutes. Mother has been using 3 months injection. Newborn care does not contain gaps.
The conclusion of this research is that the application of comprehensive midwifery care has been good, but there is a gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care in the field. The gaps are in planning and in the process of taking care
