ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. M UMUR 33 TAHUN DI KABUPATEN SEMARANG

The welfare indicator lands can be judged from the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Suistainable Development Goals (SDG'S) remains highlighted the agenda that have not been resolved to complete prevention of the death of the mother and the baby born. On 2016 MMR reach 4.912 cases and IMR reach 32.007 cases. To be able reach the target SDG'S is needed a comprehensive midwifery nursery and sustainable by skilled health workers.
Report writing this last task in the form of the case study using the midwifery management approach using documenting SOAP in area of Puskesmas Suruh, Semarang District. This comprehensive midwifery care results obtained in diagnosis Mrs. M age 33 years G3P2A0 age pregnancy 37 weeks with pregnancy physiological. At the time of birth there is a gap between the usage because there is unavailable googles and hat of the appliance. Nursery on the purity and newly born baby not found the gap, and also gave a family planning counselling. The conclusion from this comprehensive midwifery care is that all the process of pregnancy, labor, purity, BBL is physiological: A gap in the implementation of service delivery is unavailable googles and hat.
Suggestions for practices are expected to prepare the personal protection tool in providing childbirth care and be able to continue the follow-up care plan of KB at 6 weeks postpartum.
