Pregnancy, persuasion, childbirth, newborn and selection of contraceptives are physiological, healthy and a continuous link. Some complications or complications in pregnancy, persuasion , childbirth, and newborns are factors that affect maternal mortality and infant mortality.
Writing Scientific Writing is in the form of a case study using the midwifery approach using 7 steps varney.
The results of this study obtained a diagnosis of G2P1A0 36+3 weeks gestational pregnancy, with complaints of third trimester pregnancy, followed by normal childbirth and BBL, and planning of family planning.
In pregnancy there is a gap not meeting the standard of service 14T. In labor, the gap does not use complete APN (do not wear protective eye glasses). During childbirth and family planning and BBL not found any gaps.
The conclusion of this study is the implementation of midwifery care there are some gaps between the theory and practice of midwifery care in the field. The gap is in the respondent's condition and the process of taking care.
