Abstrak
Pb dilepas ke lingkungan dalam partikulat yang dapat terhirup oleh manusia. Juru parkir bertugas sebagai pengatur parkir di jalan raya yang setiap hari terpapar oleh logam berat Pb yang berasal dari emisi gas buang kendaraan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan merokok dan masa kerja dengan kadar Pb pada rambut juru parkir di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Responden berjumlah 30. Sampel rambut diperiksa di laboratorium pertanian Unsoed dengan menggunakan AAS (Atomic Absorbtion Specthrophotometer). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kadar Pb di wilayah penelitian antara 5,05 ppm-57,25 ppm. Hasil analisis uji korelasi Simple Regression menunjukkan kedua variabel tidak memiliki hubungan kebiasaan merokok dengan r 0,186 dan p 0,326 persamaan garis Pb=2,000+(-200) x KM, masa kerja dengan r 0,122 dan p 0,520 persamaan garis Pb=1,733+7,702 x MK. Hasil analisis Uji Regressi Linier Ganda menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara ketiga variabel independen dengan kadar Pb dengan r 0,207 dan p 0,554 persamaan garis Pb=1,864+(-183) x KM + 5,851 x MK. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian yaitu tidak ada hubungan kebiasaan merokok, masa kerja dengan kadar Pb pada rambut Juru Parkir. Saran, Paparan Pb dapat dikurangi dengan mengurangi kebisaan merokok dan penggunaan masker. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai penelitian sejenis pada tempat lain atau dengan variabel lain.

Abstract
Pb is released into the environment in particulates which can be inhaled by humans. The parking attendant is assigned as a regulator of parking on the highway that is exposed daily by heavy metal Pb derived from the exhaust emissions of the station. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between smoking habits and years of work with levels of Pb on the parking lot interpreter in Purbalingga District. The method used in this research is analytic observation with Cross Sectional approach. The are 30 respondents. The sample was examined in agriculture laboratory Unsoed by using AAS (Atomic Absorption Specthrophometer). The results showed that Pb concentration in the study area was between 5,05 ppm-57,25 ppm. The result of Simple Regression correlation analysis showed that the two variables did not have a smoking habit relationship with r 0.186 and p 0.326 The equation of line Pb=2,000+(-200) x KM, the working period was r 0.122 and p 0,520 The equation of line Pb=1,733+7,702 x MK. The result of double linear regression analysis showed no relationship between the three independent variables with Pb level with r 0,207 and p 0,554 the equation Pb=1,864+(-183) x KM + 5,851 x MK Conclusions from the results of the study that there is no relationship smoking habits, working period with levels of Pb on the Hair Interpreter Park. Suggestion, Pb exposure can be reduced of smoking habits and use of masks. For further research it is necessary to conduct further research on similar research in other places or with other variables.
