Medical recording are contain files both records and documents identity, examination results, treatments, and other actions or services that have been provided to the patient. The faster it serves to the polyclinic, it will be sooner to helping the patient. Minimum service standard to fullfill the document isn’t more than 10 (ten) minutes.
This research to find the procedure of medical record providings, howlong to providing medical records to internist polyclinic and the other factors how to be late to provide medical records.
Using descriptive method, this research results obervations and interview about medical record providing in RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali.
The results showed from the proceses, it begining from registration up to medical record document providing. It necessary 32,27 minutes. The other factor have to be late are human error, bad metode, and machine.
