ANALISIS KUANTITATIF REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP PADA KASUS DENGUE HAEMORRHAGIC FEVER (DHF) DI RSUD R.A KARTINI JEPARA TAHUN 2017

Quantitative analysis of medical record is really needed for information source from patient to hospital. The preliminary study result in RSUD Kartini Jepara obtained completely data of medical record for 24 hours after service hour up tp 47%. That achievement still eligible yet from the SPM which have been decided by Kemenkes in Kemenkes No. 9 tahun 2008 about Standard Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit is 100%. The purpose of the research is knowing quantitative analysis of inpatient medical record on DHF in RSUD R.A Kartini Jepara year 2017 from patient identification, important report, authentication, and recording review. The kind of research is quantitative descriptive with using instrument check list. The sampling technique is using sample saturated. The method of data processing are scoring, editing, and tabulation. Data service is in text, table, and graphic. The result showing that patient identification review obtained completely 100% and incompletely 0%. The important report review obtained completely 72% and incompletely 28%. The patient autentification obtained completely 92% and incompletely 8%. The recording review obtained for criteria "ada" is completely result 19% and criteria "tidak ada" is completely result 81%.
