Abstract
[English Title : Analysis The Accuracy of The Return According to Completeness of Charging Medical Record 1 x 24 Hours at RA Kartini Jepara Hospital] One of factors affect in fast of patient medical service is accuracy of the return of medical record. The way of returning the medical record at RA Kartini Jepara hospital is an assembling officer takes inpatient’s medical record to wards every morning. Indicator of completeness of charging medical record 24 hours after medical service was finished in minimal service standart of poor family and medical record at RA Kartini Jepara hospital 2016 showed result is 47%. The purposes are to know accuracy of the return according to completeness of charging medical record ≤ 1 x 24 hours, to know accuracy of the return according to completeness of charging medical record > 1 x 24 hours, to know accuracy of the return according to completeness of charging medical record from ward aspect, and to know accuracy of the return according to completeness of charging medical record from doctor aspect. Type of research is descriptive. Research method made in observation with checklist as research instruments. Sample of this research are 100 inpatient’s medical records 2017. Technique of sampling is proportionate stratified random sampling. Accuracy of the return according to completeness of charging medical record ≤ 1 x 24 hours are 45%, and > 1 x 24 hours are 55%. Pediatric, internist, and surgeon are doctor that often have the return of medical record > 1 x 24 hours. Teratai 2, teratai 3, kemuning and mawar are wards that have the return of medical record > 1 x 24 hours. Teratai 2 and teratai 3 are wards with all medical records have filed completely.
