ANALISIS KUANTITATIF REKAM MEDIS PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI BANGSAL MAWAR RSUD UNGARAN

The incomplete filling of the medical record has an adverse effect on the quality of the hospital itself as well as the health care process to the patient. Incompleteness in the process of filling medical records can lead to a decrease in hospital service quality and will be a problem if later the medical record is brought to a legal issue because an incomplete medical record can cause data inaccuracies when brought to the table of law. Incompleteness in filling out medical records can also hamper the process of submitting claims. For example, the diagnosis is not filled then this will not be directly for coding so that for the claims will hampered.
The type of this research is descriptive survey research. Methods of data collection is done by observation / observation method, documentation study. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented in the form of check list table.
The result of the research shows that RSUD Ungaran performs quantitative analysis only if there is request. Quantitative analysis is done by assembling officers. In this study the number of medical records examined a number of 97 documents. This study is only taken specifically bangsal mawar. Of the four obtained the average in completeness of filling according to the identification review 75.22%; Review of important report 82.53%; Authentication review 73.10%; And 28.75% recording review. Based on the results of this study, should be socialized about the importance of filling the medical record properly and correctly, and review the medical record is not only done when there is a request only, but periodically.
