The results of this final project report obtained G2P1A0 diagnose gestational age 38+6 weeks without any complaints, physiological childbirth followed by physiologic period with giddy complaints received treatment on how to cope with dizziness with adequate rest. In pregnancy there is no gap between theory and practice, at birth gap is obtained that is not using the full PPE. In the care of postpartum mother was not found gap because given Fe tablet. In neonatal care there is no gap is found because the baby has been given BCG immunization at KN III.
The conclusion of this final report is on the implementation of midwifery care, there is a gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care in the land. The are gaps in planning and in the process of care measures
