Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are physiological processes.In this process
was not a little mother facing health problems that to increase the number of infant
mortality rate and the maternal mortality.In indonesia the maternal mortality and infant
mortality rate is still high between state asean other.It is expected that with the care
comprehensive ( continuity of care from prakonsepsi, early pregnancy, during
pregnancy, childbirth to six weeks first postpartum can be lowered the maternal
mortality and infant mortality rate.
The report duty the end of this in a form of case study by using documentation
soap
The result of this research obtained diagnose mrs .J G3P2A0 the gestational age
to 37 weeks of physiological , childbirth physiological , the puerperium physiological
and a new baby born physiological .In pregnancy does not obtain the gap . While in the
delivery process obtained the gap that is helper is not receiving any form protective self
complete (headdress, glasses, a mask, slippers), doek sterile and baby do not done
initiatition sukling early for an hour. In the puerperium there is no the gap between the
theory and practices .Visits only done 3 times due to limited time practices .In the care
of a new baby born there is no gap .Ny.j not willing to give breastfeeding exclusive
because work and plan to family planning syringe after the puerperium over.
The Conclusions from their final task report is the implementation of obstetrics
there are among the gap between theory and practice care of obstetrics in land .The gap
is at planning and in the process of take action care.
